Dr. Sharon Ong Yong Yee from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) recently completed a teaching assignment at Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD), Indonesia, under the Vocational School of Business Logistics Program.

 

As part of the International Business Logistics course, Dr. Sharon conducted both online and in-person sessions with Bisnis Logistik (BISLOG) students, covering topics such as global warehouse and distribution management, international trade compliance, and supply chain risk and security.

 

A highlight of the visit was the implementation of a warehouse-themed escape room activity, designed to simulate real-world logistics challenges and promote experiential learning. The interactive session encouraged students to apply logistics concepts through problem-solving and teamwork in a dynamic setting.

 

UPMS extends its appreciation to Universitas Padjadjaran especially to Dr. Nenden Kostini, Dr.Pratami Wulan Tresna and Dr.Nurillah Jamil Achmawati Novel for the warm hospitality and academic collaboration, and to En. Johan Ismail for his generous support in providing the teaching materials that enabled the successful delivery of this immersive learning experience.
