Take note that foreign student who applied for UPM Campus Bintulu need to apply for VDR before entering Sarawak state, process within 3 months periods (different VDR needed if study in UPM Serdang, main campus). Visa With Reference (VDR) means a visa issued by the Malaysian Representative Office abroad to a non-citizen to enable individuals to enter Malaysia after the visa is approved by the Immigration Department Headquarters.
